Information we collect

Booking request information you submit through this site, including your name, email, optional phone number, requested dates, guest count, and any message you send us.
Reservation information received via booking platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com), including name, contact details, and reservation history, processed solely to deliver the rental service.

How we use information

To respond to your booking request and confirm and deliver your stay
To communicate with you about your reservation by email, and by text if you opt in
To comply with legal and tax obligations

Text messages

If you check the box asking us to text you about your request, we will use your phone number only to communicate about that booking. We do not sell, share, or use it for marketing. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP or emailing [email protected]. Message and data rates may apply.

Information sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing. We share information with booking platforms as needed to deliver the service, with service providers such as cleaning and maintenance, and as required by law.

Data retention

Booking request and reservation information is retained for the period required by platform terms of service or applicable law, whichever is longer.
