SMS communications program

Sweetpea Hospitality LLC ("SPH") operates short-term rental properties in San Jose, California. This page describes the SMS text-message program SPH uses to coordinate operational tasks with our contracted cleaning service providers and authorized operations personnel.

Who receives SMS messages from SPH?

Only contracted cleaning service providers and authorized SPH operations personnel who have signed a written SMS Consent Addendum. We do not send SMS to guests, members of the public, or anyone who has not signed this addendum.

How does a recipient opt in?

Each recipient signs a written SMS Consent Addendum at the start of their engagement with SPH. The consent process is offline (paper or DocuSign). A copy of the addendum, with a real signed sample on file, is publicly available here:

What types of messages will I receive?

• Cleaning dispatch notifications ("turnover at [property] today")
• Turnover confirmation requests ("please reply CONFIRMO")
• Photo verification requests after turnover
• Supply status checks ("running low on trash bags?")
• Schedule changes and late-arrival acknowledgments

Messages are bilingual (English and Spanish) and operational only. No marketing or promotional messages are sent through this program.

How often will I be messaged?

Message frequency varies based on cleaning workload. Typically 5–15 messages per week per recipient.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier's plan.

How do I opt out?

• Reply STOP to any message to immediately unsubscribe. No further messages will be sent.
• Reply HELP for assistance.

Privacy

Phone numbers collected through this program are used only for the operational coordination described above. SPH does not sell, share, lease, or rent recipient phone numbers to any third party. SMS opt-in data is not used for marketing under any circumstance. See our Privacy policy.
